Takedown requests

Anyone can publish a feed on Orvyn, so some listings will carry data their provider has no right to resell. If that is your data, tell us and we act quickly.

What to send

1. The address of the feed on Orvyn.
2. What the data is and why you hold the rights to it.
3. The terms or licence the listing breaks.
4. How to reach you.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge the request within 24 hours.
2. While we review it, the listing is hidden and the gateway stops selling it.
3. We tell the provider, who may answer.
4. We record the outcome. A removed feed stays on chain, because nobody can delete that, but Orvyn no longer lists or sells it.
