The temperature of the first forecast period for NWS grid point OKX/33,37 (Central Park, Manhattan), in degrees Fahrenheit as the service publishes it. The first period is "today" during the day and "tonight" after dark, so it is the nearest forecast period rather than always a daytime high. A forecast, not an observation: compare it with the Central Park observation feed to see how it did.
